For your meeting there are two bright and air conditioned meeting rooms at your disposal (42 m³ each). If you wish the two rooms can be combined to one big room. Of course we offer modern audio-visual equipment like projectors, flip charts, metaplan boards, free wifi, etc.
Our meeting packages include room rental, audio-visual equipment (beamer is charged separately), soft drinks in the meeting room, 2- or 3-course lunch. Details of the packages you find here. With pleasure we book a restaurant for dinner and arrange e.g. a wine tasting or guided town tour for you.

  • Grape juice and soda in the meeting room
  • 1 flip chart with paper, 2 metaplan boards

 
Drinks for lunch are charged seperately in all packages
If you need accommodation after the meeting, the room rate is 67 € per person/night in our standard double rooms with single use.

    With wines from Weingut Kassner-Simon: 15 € per person

    4- or 5-course meal in a restaurant in Freinsheim, each course accompanied by two wines, reviewed by wine grower Mr. Simon from Weingut Kassner-Simon. Depending on restaurant ca. 78 € per person
  • Bike tour
    10 bikes are at your disposal (10 € rent per day). Guided tours can be offered on request
  • Golf
    Test courses can be booked on the golf course in Dackenheim
  • Tennis
    A Tennis court is near to the hotel
